FaciliWorks Essentials, Pro and Enterprise
FACILIWORKS ESSENTIALS
Dashboard
From the Essentials dashboard, you can monitor your own CMs/PMs, other CMs/PMs, maintenance inventory and service requests awaiting review and you can configure the display to your liking.
Key Performance Indicators
Monitor your team’s effectiveness and achieve your goals using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Eight invaluable KPIs are provided.
PM/CM Records
Highly detailed PM and CM records include the tech responsible for the work, what exactly was done, how long it took to complete and the date due versus date done.
Grid View
You can edit data in grid view instead of having to navigate to each record and grid view is configurable, allowing you to reposition, show and hide columns.
Calendar
Use the scheduling calendar to easily manage the schedules of the maintenance staff and more evenly balance the workload. The techs will be prepared for their daily tasks and can be held accountable for their time.
Reporting
FaciliWorks Essentials provides convenient and efficient ad-hoc reporting from any data entry point. Export the raw data to Excel or view it in report format and save, print or email the report with just a click.
Calibration
Categorize an asset as a Tool, define calibration-based PMs and calibration measurement parameters using Test Point Checklists. Attach documentation, like a vendor’s calibration certificate, to a completed PM event.
Mobile App
The responsive mobile web app has a streamlined, consolidated interface which is perfectly suited for field technicians, as it provides access to service requests, CMs and PMs and quicker access to records with mobile barcode support.
FACILIWORKS 8i PRO OR ENTERPRISE
Dashboard / Main Menu
The customizable dashboard gives you at-a-glance status on all of your assets and activities, allows you to easily navigate to any feature of the software and lets you create your own shortcuts to get quick access to the features you most frequently use.
Mobile Interface
FaciliWorks Mobile CMMS provides an extra layer of flexibility by allowing technicians to enter data for PMs, work orders and meter readings on a mobile device as the work is being performed, eliminating redundancy, minimizing errors and saving time and effort.
Scheduler / Calendar
Use the drag & drop scheduler in FaciliWorks CMMS to assign a date on which a technician will complete a PM/WO and assign/reassign PM and WO events to any staff member on any day to quickly and easily balance work load hours among your available resources.
Asset Entry
The FaciliWorks user interface is very user-friendly. The consistent, tabbed layout of data entry screens allows for easy navigation and quick data entry and user-definable fields provide even more flexibility.
Work Orders and PMs
The FaciliWorks CMMS Work Order and Preventive Maintenance system allows you to edit or view your records in summary tables or detailed forms. Built-in shortcuts for finding and filtering make it easy to get to just the records you want.
Reporting
FaciliWorks provides a comprehensive set of reports to analyze and stay ahead of trends, forecast workloads, improve efficiency and minimize costs. Each report begins with a filter so you can run the reports on the exact information you need, giving you more control over your maintenance management program.
Key Performance Indicators
FaciliWorks provides four KPI graphs: Mean Time between Failures, Assets with Highest Downtime for WOs, Top 10 Assets with Most Work Orders and Percent PMs Completed on Time vs. Late. Each KPI graph allows you to filter by date range, asset type, priority and specific asset ID(s), etc. depending on the graph.
Calibration Management
With the optional calibration management module in FaciliWorks, you can manage gage records, calibrations, attributes and parts, capture all measurement readings, track as-found condition of gages, produce calibration certificates and maintain traceability.
