Linking a CM event to a PM event in FaciliWorks Essentials

When performing a preventative maintenance event, if a tech discovers additional issues that fall outside of the PM's scope, the tech can create a separate CM event that is linked back to the original PM by clicking the wrench icon on the Edit PM record. Essentials will allow the tech to define the CM priority, shift and initial comments prior to creating the new CM.
