Asset Categories in Essentials

In FaciliWorks Essentials, you can use Asset Categories to designate an asset as a facility, a piece of equipment or a tool. If it’s a facility, for instance, you can then utilize the Asset Tree to align Equipment and Tool assets underneath it. If it’s a Tool, you will see additional calibration-related fields appear, such as Nist Number and the ability to assign that asset as a Reference Standard for Test Point Checklists during calibration maintenance activities.
