The upcoming FaciliWorks Essentials 9.2.13 release delivers several practical enhancements, including a customer-requested improvement, which we always appreciate!

We've added a Comments section for Inventory/Parts, similar to Comments in Assets Entry, along with the ability to change the login email associated with the Identity database, which is especially useful following mergers, acquisitions, or company domain changes.

We've also added MQTT capability (Broker, Subscriber and Client functionality) with the purchase of applicable Broker or Client licenses. This enables FaciliWorks Essentials to exchange data with connected equipment and systems in real time, helping automate data collection, improve visibility into asset conditions and support faster, more informed maintenance decisions.

FaciliWorks Essentials 9.2.13 is currently in development and testing. Anticipated release: October 2026
